More About Me
A few of my favorite things: juicy sunsets, chocolate donuts, afternoon naps, and comfy coffee shops. Let's grab a coffee and talk about your love story.
It wasn’t our initial intentions to end up capturing Megan & Hayden’s engagement photos in a flower field. In fact we had originally planned to meet at a beautiful park for their photos. But on my way home from a wedding the day before their engagement session, I drove past this flower field and I knew immediately we needed to switch up our plans.
Luckily, Megan & Hayden were super flexible with the change of location and trusted my vision for this session. In addition to the change of location a day before, we also had a pretty gloomy forecast for their session time. Although it did rain on us a bit, the cloudy gray skies provided the perfect lighting for engagement photos.
As a wedding and engagement photographer, I have to be incredibly organized. I don’t normally risk bad weather or change of locations the day before just for the fun of it. But I had a gut feeling that the gloomy skies would give us the perfect back drop for engagement photos in a flower field. Luckily, my gut was right! And thankfully, Megan and Hayden were more than willing to trust my intuition.
